Jermuk one of the most beautiful resorts of Armenia. Located in upper course of Arpa River, at an altitude of 1980-2070 meters above sea level. Jermuk surrounded by picturesque wooded mountains. Jermuk region is rich with unique springs; both fresh and mineral.
Hyper thermal mineral waters are similar in composition to famous sources of Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic. Winters abound in snow; the ski season lasts from mid-December to mid-March, which allows everyone to enjoy brilliant opportunities of this winter resort for a long period.
Here, everything is provided for guest’s leisure: sports equipment rental, experienced instructors, gym, billiards, table tennis, recreation centers, restaurants, cafes, etc. Up to the top of mountain Shish runs two-seater chairlift (800 people/p.hour). The lift rises to an altitude of 2450m, from where two well-groomed trails start: one for beginners (1400 m), the other for professionals (1300 m). Overnight at the hotel (Jermuk). |
